The town of Timnath is a small agricultural community nestled southeast of Fort Collins, just off of Interstate 25. Timnath is located in southeastern Larimer County, Colorado.

Old Town Timnath features a hand full of historic buildings, including town hall, a school house and post office. Timnath is the perfect place to call home for those craving a small town atmosphere, but desiring an easy commute to Fort Collins, Loveland, Denver or Cheyenne, via I-25.

Most homes in Timnath are single family residences or farm and ranch properties which have maintained their small-town charm. While commercial, retail and restaurant opportunities are currently limited in Timnath, there are plans to open a retail/dining district in the near future.
